FUNDRAISER!

Personalized instrument tags not only help students identify their instrument from those of others, but can also be very helpful in returning a “lost” instrument.

          We are offering instrument tags at a cost of $5 each.  Below is an example of the pre-printed side of the tag.  On the reverse will be information you provide us to have printed. 

          You may wish to have the student’s name, address and telephone number, or simply the student’s name and telephone number.  We will place any information you wish, provided it will fit on a business card size.  We will have a small graphic of their instrument type printed on it as well.  These cards will be laminated to the reverse side of the image shown below.

          Please send back the bottom portion of this letter with your check and information you want printed and we will have your student place his/her instrument identification tag on the instrument as soon as it is ready.
